US News posted 4 simple ways to lengthen your life, and 2 of them involve your mouth! They say to “smile big and bright’ and to “floss daily.” They reference a study that shows how smiling builds your immune system and even improves your mood and stress levels. They write that flossing decreases low-grade inflammation which is great because low-grade inflammation increases the risk of early heart attack and stroke.
